General Helper (Production Team Member)
As a General Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting machine operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers hands-on training, continuous learning opportunities, and a clear pathway to develop the skills needed to become a qualified Machine Operator.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Assist with machine operations and production activities.
Learn and follow work orders, machine instructions, and operating procedures.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and support a safe, organized work environment.
Complete housekeeping tasks to promote workplace safety and efficiency.
Monitor production processes and help reduce material waste.
Contribute to achieving departmental and company production goals.
Adhere to all safety policies and operational requirements.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is an active, hands-on position that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
