8 to 10 Years of expertise in Windows Server administration is required for this role.
Experience with Install, configure, and harden Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022 in accordance with enterprise security standards.
Strong expertise in AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management
Advance experience on Windows servers, Virtualization, VMWare, Hyper-V based OS
Strong knowledge of Windows server patching, security updates, and vulnerability fixes.
Experience with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
Ability to work in 24/7 enterprise support environments
Good-to-Have
Preferred Certifications:

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration. 2016 to latest
Active Directory experience includes GPOs, password policies, replication, and AD troubleshooting.
DNS management includes Zones, Records, Forwarders, and Name Resolution troubleshooting.
Architect, implement and support Domain Controller/Active Directory, physical and virtual servers.
Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system efficiency.
