KEY Job Responsibilities
Accrual Management:
Configure, maintain, and update the UKG Workforce Management system to accurately track and manage employee accruals, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off categories.
Ensure that the system aligns with the organization's HR policies and accurately calculates and reflects accrual balances.
Data Maintenance and Accuracy:
Manage and maintain employee accrual data, including leave balances, accrual rates, and policy updates.
Regularly update and audit accrual data to ensure accuracy.
User Support and Training:
Provide support and training to end-users, including HR professionals, managers, and employees, with a specific focus on accrual-related processes and inquiries.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure that accrual policies within the UKG Workforce Management system comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Manage data security, access control, and permissions, particularly for sensitive accrual-related information.
Reporting and Analytics (Accruals):
Generate detailed reports and analytics on employee accrual balances, usage, and trends.
Analyze accrual data to provide insights for strategic HR planning and cost control.
Integration and Upgrades:
Coordinate and implement system integrations with other enterprise systems, such as finance and timekeeping, with a specific focus on accrual-related data.
Manage system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring accrual-related features are optimized.
Documentation (Accruals):
Maintain accurate records of accrual policy configurations, processes, and procedures within the HCM system.
Document changes and updates to accrual policies for reference and audit purposes.
Policy Alignment:
Ensure that the HCM system, especially in relation to accruals, aligns with HR policies and practices, making necessary adjustments when policy changes occur.
