Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of civil works for ongoing and upcoming projects in Panvel. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and reviewing designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Senior Civil Engineer will manage site activities, inspect work quality, monitor progress against schedules, and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. The role includes preparing estimates and reports, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff. The Senior Civil Engineer will also contribute to risk assessment, resource planning, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Strong technical proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with proven experience in delivering complex projects.
Background working effectively with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership and mentorship.
Demonstrated expertise in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
Practical knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Relevant professional experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably in similar on-site roles.
Familiarity with Indian building codes, standards, and local regulations, including safety and environmental norms.
Proficiency with standard engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, relevant civil design tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
