Delligen is universal financial verification infrastructure — the primary source verification layer for any institution deploying capital. PE funds, investment banks, commercial banks, direct lenders, VCs, family offices, and middle market advisors all deploy capital on the basis of claims. Delligen verifies those claims from sources the seller cannot touch.
We verify everything. Government databases — OFAC, PACER, USPTO, PCAOB, SEC EDGAR, EPA, FTC, state courts. Bank transactions — Frank Test™ connects directly to bank APIs and verifies whether claimed revenue matches actual receipts. Uploaded financial data — management accounts, data room documents, cap tables, contracts — read, extracted, and verified against primary sources. Sanctions — six external government lists simultaneously. Fraud signals — Benford's Law, Beneish M-Score, short seller reports, SEC enforcement, executive churn, insider trading. Compliance — PCAOB audit deficiencies, EDGAR filing integrity, auditor changes, late filings. AI management interviews with MNPI compliance and SHA-256 locked transcripts.

We are pre-seed, closing our first Wall Street pilot, and raising VC funding. We need a founding AI engineer to join and work directly alongside our CTO to build the next generation of the platform.
What you will help the CTO build:
EDGAR data pipeline and deal type classifier. Bank API integrations via Plaid. External government database connectors across six international jurisdictions. EBITDA component calculation from primary source data. AI management interview module with MNPI compliance. Middle market private company upload-then-verify workflow. Latin America and Africa primary source expansion. Autonomous agent orchestration across 36 simultaneous workstreams.
What you need:
Strong Python. Agentic AI — LangChain or LangGraph. Financial data structures and XBRL. External API integration experience. Fintech or financial data background preferred.
Compensation:
Equity only until VC funding closes — then competitive salary plus retained equity. 2.5% to 4.5% founding team equity. Four year vest. One year cliff. Effectively zero strike price at pre-seed valuation.
The upside:
Pre-seed raising $3M-$8M at $18M-$28M pre-money after pilot closes. Founding team rate — not employee rate.
