Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Team Lead for Rebar Estimating and Detailing, based in Salem. The Team Lead will oversee the preparation of detailed rebar drawings and cost estimates, ensure project accuracy, and manage a team of detailers and estimators. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, reviewing project requirements, supervising work quality, and providing mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
Proficiency in rebar detailing and estimation software, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools
Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegating tasks and fostering team collaboration
Experience in interpreting construction drawings and specifications accurately
Attention to detail and expertise in ensuring project precision and compliance
Effective communication and client interaction skills to maintain strong professional relationships
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
Hands-on experience in the rebar industry and knowledge of industry standards
