Vice President of Products

Role Description
The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy across Silver Node Digital’s blockchain solutions. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis to development, launch, and continuous improvement. The Vice President will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure products meet market needs, align with business objectives, and deliver measurable value. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product roadmapping, prioritizing features, tracking performance and user feedback, and mentoring product managers. The role also involves engaging with customers and partners to identify opportunities, validate product direction, and maintain a strong competitive position in the blockchain technology space.
Qualifications
Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmap, and portfolio priorities.
Product Development experience and strong Analytical Skills to guide requirements, feature design, and performance optimization.
Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities to collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
Proven experience leading product organizations, ideally in blockchain, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Demonstrated success launching and scaling products in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team setting across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and security best practices is highly beneficial.
