We are partnering with a growing international manufacturer of technical adhesive tapes and engineered material solutions to hire a Country Sales Lead for India.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven hunter who can win new business, develop strategic accounts, and coach a growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across India
Develop and grow key industrial and manufacturing accounts
Lead customer negotiations and close strategic opportunities
Manage distributor relationships and channel development
Coach and support a small sales team through field engagement and joint customer visits
Deliver sustainable growth while maintaining healthy margins
Requirements
5-15 years of B2B industrial sales experience
Proven track record in new business development and account growth
Experience managing a territory, region, or sales team
Strong commercial, negotiation, and closing skills
High-energy, entrepreneurial, and highly customer-facing
Comfortable with 60-70% travel across India
