We are looking for a Full Stack Trainer – Python & Java who can train offline batches, mentor students throughout the program, track their progress, and prepare them for real-world software development roles.
Role Overview
The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for conducting offline classroom training in Python and Java Full Stack Development, providing hands-on coding practice, guiding students through projects, monitoring individual performance, and ensuring students become job-ready.
The trainer should be comfortable working with students from different skill levels and should focus on practical learning, coding discipline, projects, problem-solving, and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Classroom Training
* Conduct daily/regular offline classes for student batches.
* Teach programming concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
* Train students in both Python and Java development tracks.
* Explain technical concepts using practical examples and live coding.
* Conduct coding exercises during classroom sessions.
* Ensure students understand concepts rather than simply completing the syllabus.
2. Full Stack Development Training
Train students on relevant technologies including:
Programming
* Python
* Java
* OOP Concepts
* Exception Handling
* Collections
* File Handling
* Multithreading
* Programming Best Practices
Frontend
* HTML5

3. DSA & Problem Solving
* Conduct regular DSA and coding practice sessions.
* Teach Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Searching and Sorting.
* Conduct coding challenges and programming assignments.
* Help students improve logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Prepare students for coding assessment rounds.
4. Project Mentoring
* Guide students in developing mini projects and major projects.
* Explain project architecture and development workflow.
* Review student code regularly.
* Conduct code reviews and identify technical mistakes.
* Ensure students understand the code they have written.
* Help students build GitHub portfolios.
* Prepare students to explain their projects confidently during interviews.
5. Student Performance Monitoring
The trainer will be responsible for continuously monitoring student progress.
Maintain and update:
* Attendance
* Assignment completion
* Coding performance
* Test scores
* Project progress
* DSA performance
* Technical skill development
* Interview readiness
Identify students who are falling behind and provide additional support or practice.
6. Job-Readiness Program
Prepare students for actual recruitment processes through:
* Technical mock interviews
* Coding assessments
* Technical interview preparation
* Project explanation practice
* Resume technical review
* GitHub profile guidance
* LinkedIn profile guidance
* HR interview preparation
* Communication and presentation practice
* Aptitude coordination with the relevant team
The trainer should ensure that students can confidently answer:
“What have you learned?”
“What projects have you built?”
“How does your project work?”
“Why did you choose this technology?”
“Can you write code without assistance?”
7. Placement Team Coordination
* Coordinate with the placement/career team regarding student readiness.
* Provide regular feedback on student technical performance.
* Recommend students who are ready for interviews.
* Identify students requiring additional preparation.
* Support placement drives and technical recruitment activities.
* Conduct technical screening tests when required.
8. Assessments & Evaluation
Conduct:
* Weekly coding tests
* Technical assessments
* DSA tests
* Practical assignments
* Project evaluations
* Mock interviews
* Monthly performance reviews
Maintain proper student performance records.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Python and/or Java Full Stack Development
* Strong programming fundamentals
* Good knowledge of OOP
* Strong SQL skills
* Knowledge of REST APIs
* Knowledge of Django/Flask or Spring Boot
* Good understanding of Git & GitHub
* Strong DSA fundamentals
* Good debugging and problem-solving skills
* Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language
* Strong classroom management skills
* Good communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in any of the following are preferred:

Industry experience in software development will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Must be comfortable conducting offline classroom training
* Must be able to teach practical coding, not only theory
* Must be comfortable handling student doubts individually
* Must be willing to monitor student performance continuously
* Must be able to conduct technical assessments and mock interviews
* Must be committed to making students job-ready
