Role Description The Director of Training and Placements is a full-time, on-site role based at Helapuri Institute in Eluru. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing training programs, aligning curriculum with industry requirements, and ensuring that learners gain job-ready skills. The Director will manage placement activities, build and maintain relationships with hiring organizations, coordinate campus recruitment drives, and track placement outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include supervising training staff, monitoring training quality, managing training budgets, and conducting periodic reviews of training effectiveness. The role also involves mentoring learners on interview preparation, resume building, and career planning, while collaborating with academic leadership to refine training and placement strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Curriculum Development and Training & Development to design and implement effective learning programs.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Training and Employee Training to deliver and oversee high-quality instructional sessions.
Candidates should possess Budgeting and resource management skills to plan and control training and placement-related expenditures.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with employers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical abilities to track outcomes, prepare reports, and continuously improve training and placement processes.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in training, placements, or career services.
