Role Description
The Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that elevate Pathway to Possible’s brand and attract new clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting marketing strategy development, and implementing campaigns across digital channels such as email, social media, and content platforms. The role involves creating clear, compelling messaging that reflects the company’s mission, collaborating with team members to plan promotions and events, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with customer-facing team members to understand client needs, improve the client journey, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversions. This role is ideal for someone motivated by impact, comfortable working independently, and enthusiastic about personal development and coaching-focused services.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Experience with Marketing Strategy and campaign planning across digital channels is beneficial but not essential
Background in Sales and lead generation, with the ability to support conversion-focused initiatives.
Customer Service skills to understand client needs, support client engagement, and represent the brand with care and professionalism.
Training will be offered for digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, basic analytics tools).
Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
Interest in coaching, personal development, and leadership growth; prior experience in these spaces is a plus.

This is a remote role but the successful candidates must reside in Canada.
