Onsite Experience and Sales Host

Bolt Farm Treehouse is a luxury treehouse resort nestled in the hills of Tennessee, hosting the most discerning couples and families in one of 33 private villas. We operate at near-100% occupancy during peak season, our guests are among the wealthiest travelers in the country, and every touchpoint on property is designed to feel like magic, not a transaction. We are a family-owned brand with a massive social following and a guest experience that people talk about for years.
We're growing fast, and we need someone who can own the room.
THE ROLE
This is the single highest-leverage hire on our team right now.
You'll be the face of our on-site guest experience, hosting our signature Sip & Paint experience 3 nights per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) in our Welcome Dome venue. But this isn't just event hosting. You'll be the person who turns a magical evening into a rebooking: a guest who locks in their exact dates for next year before they leave the property.
The best version of this role looks like a luxury concierge who happens to be an incredible closer. You make guests feel like royalty, you read the room, you tell the Bolt Farm story, and when the moment is right, you make the ask feel like a gift, not a pitch.
This role reports to the Director of Revenue and works closely with the on-site operations team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Host our signature Sip & Paint experience 3 nights per week (Tue, Thu, Sat), creating an atmosphere that's intimate, elevated, and unforgettable
- Deliver the rebooking pitch naturally during events, converting attendees into repeat guests through a $295 Future Stay deposit offer with an immediate reward (professional photoshoot session + a BOLT FARM signature robe)
- Facilitate post-event experiences including coordinating professional photoshoot sessions and live communal Sip & Paint art reveals
- Conduct personal 1:1 villa invitations for select guests, delivering handwritten cards and small gifts to drive attendance and rebookings
- Collaborate with Dreamweavers (our on-site experience team) to personalize guest interactions using enriched guest profiles
- Track and report rebooking metrics, attendance rates, and event feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Represent the Bolt Farm brand at the highest level in every guest interaction, from casual golf-cart greetings to the main stage
WHO YOU ARE
- A natural performer and storyteller. You can hold a room of 30+ couples, make every person feel seen, and build energy that peaks at exactly the right moment. You don't read from a script; you read the room.
- Luxury hospitality DNA. You've worked at properties or venues where excellence wasn't optional: fine dining, luxury resorts, high-end event spaces, entertainment venues. Riverdance, Waldorf, Four Seasons-caliber experience is a plus.
- A closer, not a pusher. You understand that the best sales happen when the guest doesn't feel sold. You create desire through experience, then make booking feel like the obvious next step.
- High energy, high EQ. You thrive on connection. You remember names, pick up on couple dynamics, and instinctively know when to lean in and when to let the moment breathe.
- Relentlessly reliable. Peak season runs October through November with our wealthiest guests. You show up, you're sharp, and you never phone it in.
- Comfortable on camera. Our events produce social content that reaches millions. You're not camera-shy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end events, or experiential sales
- Proven ability to engage and convert in a live, in-person setting
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (Tue, Thu, Sat are primary event nights)
- Must be on-site at the Bolt Farm Treehouse property in Whitwell, TN
- Valid driver's license (property navigation)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or high-end venue (Waldorf, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, or similar)
- Background in entertainment, hosting, or live performance
- Familiarity with CRM/pipeline tools (we use GoHighLevel)
- Wine, spirits, or culinary knowledge
COMPENSATION
OTE: $80K+ (top performers $110K+)
- Base Pay: $20/hour
- Rebooking Commission: $100 per guest deposit collected
- Revenue Share: 1% of collected rebook cash
- Gas Stipend: $250/month
This is a performance-driven role. The more guests you convert, the more you earn. At peak-season volume, top performers clear $3,000+/month in variable comp on top of base pay.
