About the role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping our production operation running safely, efficiently and reliably. Working as part of our Engineering team, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of manufacturing equipment, helping to minimise downtime and maximise performance.
This is a hands-on role where you'll use both your electrical and mechanical expertise to diagnose faults, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. You'll work closely with colleagues across the site, contributing to equipment reliability, supporting improvement projects and helping to build engineering capability within the team.

What will you be doing?
Deliver planned and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently across the site
Respond to breakdowns and equipment failures by diagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime
Support continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to improve reliability, performance and manufacturing efficiency
Provide engineering expertise and technical support across production areas, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when required
Support engineering projects and site improvements including equipment upgrades, capital projects and maintenance planning activities
