About Fat Karting League:
FAT Karting League is a global arrive-and-drive electric karting league for drivers aged 5–17. Founded by former Ferrari F1 engineer Rob Smedley, we’re building a new generation of motorsport that puts talent, development and competition first.

Role Summary:
We're looking for a smart, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow FAT Karting League.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role covering social media, email, content, design, community, partnerships and analysis.
But more importantly, we're looking for someone who can think.
Someone who understands what looks good, what sounds right, what makes people click and what makes them care. Someone who can write strong copy, spot a good idea, understand an audience and look at performance data to work out what we should do differently next time.
You'll help tell the story of FKL, from the racing and competition to the drivers, parents, coaches, teams, partners and personalities behind the brand. You'll create campaigns, develop content and use what you learn to continually improve how we market the business.
Social & content
Manage and post content across three social accounts
Plan content around events, local activity, campaigns and wider brand moments
Create and develop engaging social content, including graphics and campaign creative
Write strong, engaging social copy, captions and CTAs
Tell the stories behind FKL and showcase the faces, personalities and experiences within the league
Stay on top of social trends, formats and conversations and identify opportunities for the brand
Build content plans based on what is happening in the business and what is actually working
Understand why certain content performs and use those learnings to improve future content
Events & content capture
Attend selected UK events to help capture content and identify stories and moments worth sharing
Work with event teams to brief them on the content we need captured when you aren't there in person
Identify stories, people and moments worth highlighting before, during and after events
Turn event activity into social content, email campaigns and wider marketing assets
Help build a strong library of authentic FKL photography and video
Email marketing
Plan and execute around four designed email campaigns per week
Write engaging email copy and develop clear, effective campaign messaging
Build campaigns around events, offers, local activity and customer journeys
Set up and monitor automated emails
Test different messaging, creative and approaches
Analyse email performance and use it to improve future campaigns
Use email to tell stories, build the brand and drive action
Design & marketing materials
Create graphics and creative assets for social, email and advertising
Design physical marketing materials, including event signage, flyers, promotional materials and campaign assets
Have a good eye for layout, typography, imagery and what makes creative look good
Adapt messaging and creative for different audiences and channels
Maintain consistency with FKL's visual identity and brand guidelines
Community & partnerships
Actively engage with our community across social channels
Respond to comments, questions and conversations
Identify and highlight relevant influencers, drivers, creators and partnerships
Help showcase our partners and the people contributing to the FKL community
Identify opportunities to amplify great stories, relationships and content
Look for opportunities to build the FKL brand through relevant people, communities and partnerships
