Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support technical and commercial activities related to CNC machine tools, working closely with senior engineers and sales teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in machine demonstrations, preparing technical documentation, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and coordinating with customers on basic technical queries. The trainee will help with data collection, analysis of machine performance, and preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marol, requiring regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. opportunity to travel to Japan & Germany

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of machine tools and production processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams and to prepare clear technical documentation.
Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, troubleshoot basic issues, and support performance improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking installation and service activities.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent), proficiency in MS Office, willingness to learn advanced CNC technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
