Sr. Software Engineer (.NET) – Remote, Latin America

HOW WE BUILD
AI is central to how we work. We write code with Claude, run code reviews through CodeRabbit, and use AI across our engineering workflow and product, including AI agents built into our platform. We want engineers who treat AI tools as a core part of their craft, and who have the senior judgment to review, challenge, and own everything those tools produce.
THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer to work with our team of developers around the world. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills for project-based implementations, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies and tooling.
Requirements (10+ years of experience):
● Based in Latin America
● Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team
● Hands-on, daily use of AI coding assistants (such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot) to write,
refactor, and debug production code
● Experience with AI-assisted code review tools (such as CodeRabbit) and the judgment to critically evaluate
AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
● Senior-level experience implementing and managing software development processes
● Proven track record of ideating and innovating across various technologies, and of vetting and
implementing cutting-edge tech
● ASP.NET Core Web API on .NET 9, with Entity Framework Core
● Microsoft SQL Server
● Angular 17
● JavaScript (jQuery, Kendo UI, JSON)
Preferred experience:
● Mobile development for iOS and Android with .NET MAUI on .NET 10
● Building features with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI or similar), including prompt design and AI agents
● Microsoft Azure: App Services, Databases, Storage
● Azure DevOps
● Hangfire background job processing
● Kubernetes and containers
● Google Maps JavaScript API
● SQL Server administration, including Elastic Scale
● IIS administration
● Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service)
● Custom Windows Services in C#

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time
Compensation: $4,500 – $6,500 USD per month
Benefits: Unlimited PTO (after 60 days from your start date)
