What We Offer:
Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
High School or Associate’s Degree: $17.05 – $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire).
Master’s Degree: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour.
Eligibility to participate in the Shared Success Bonus Plan, with quarterly bonuses being paid after you obtain your RBT certification.

What You’ll Do:
Work 1:1 with children between the ages of 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills.
Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
