Financial Operations Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The Financial Operations Specialist will support division-wide financial transactions and provide tracking, oversight, and execution of financial transactions for construction projects and rent.
Key Responsibilities
Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of one year of experience in the responsibilities listed above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a T2 Public Trust background investigation.
Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting a government agency.
