What You'll Do
As a BCBA at Asteri, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs designed to help children develop meaningful skills and greater independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Developing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
Overseeing and modifying treatment programs based on client progress
Analyzing clinical data to guide treatment decisions
Supervising and mentoring Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
Monitoring treatment integrity and quality of service delivery
Providing ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support
Conducting caregiver education and parent training
Collaborating with families and members of the treatment team
Completing progress reports and required clinical documentation
Participating in clinical meetings and professional development
Ensuring treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards
What We're Looking For
Required
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Current auto insurance
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance
Preferred
Experience providing clinical supervision in home, community, or center-based ABA services
Experience supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, but not required
