Corporate Services Operations Lead

Our Data, AI, Information and Identity Governance team helps Macquarie Asset Management use data and information safely, responsibly and well across its global operations. We work directly with business and technology teams to strengthen governance, manage risk and build a strong data culture.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of key business technology platforms, including data governance, records management, AI solutions, and identity and access systems, ensuring reliable operations and adherence to established standards. You will build and lead a team of operational analysts, driving operational excellence through automation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Acting as the primary operational partner for the business, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technology teams to streamline operations, uphold platform standards, and improve the overall user experience.
What You Offer
Proven experience leading large-scale business technology platform operations, ideally across records management, identity and access management, and governance systems.
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing operational teams.
Demonstrated success driving automation, process optimisation, and operational improvements that deliver measurable efficiency and risk reduction outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders, solution partners, and technology teams.
Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements in a controlled environment, with the ability to balance operational delivery and strategic thinking; ITIL, Six Sigma, RPA, or BPM certifications are highly regarded.
