The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a experienced Momentum Financials Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a mission-critical program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will architect, execute, and sustain the technical infrastructure and data lifecycle for a cross-agency financial systems migration. You will be critical to ensuring data integrity during the transfer, establishing secure integrations, and modernizing the underlying architecture for long-term sustainment. This position offers the opportunity to directly support national security missions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Architect and execute the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy financial data, ensuring zero data loss and strict USSGL mapping
· Design and implement secure interfaces (APIs, web services, batch processing) between Momentum and internal/external federal systems (e.g., Treasury, procurement portals)
· Provide technical oversight and expert guidance of the Momentum application architecture, including software development, server configurations, database performance tuning, and patch management
· Lead Tier 3 technical troubleshooting, analyze system logs and resolve critical software defects during the post-migration phase
· Support modernization and enhancement initiatives such as cloud hosting transitions, software development initiatives, advanced analytics integrations, and technical debt reduction
· Collaborate with leaders, executives, and program stakeholders to ensure Momentum Financials architecture aligns with federal financial reporting and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
· Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
· 10+ years of dedicated experience in technical architecture, software development, and administration of CGI Momentum Financials and/or IBM Cognos in federal environments
· Expertise in relational databases (Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting
· Familiarity with Momentum's proprietary architecture and table structures
· Understanding of federal secure IT environments, including FedRAMP compliance, ATO (Authority to Operate) processes, and data encryption standards
Desired:
· AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional level) or equivalent cloud architecture certification
· Prior technical experience supporting financial systems, data migrations, or databases for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) or National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$105,100-$231,100
