How You’ll Make a Difference
You’ll be the connection between our customers and technicians, helping coordinate service calls, solve problems, and keep everyone informed. Your work will help our technicians succeed and ensure customers receive the dependable service they count on from Briggs.
What You’ll Do
Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.
Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.
Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.
Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma required; technical school or college education preferred.
5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office proficiency; service order, invoicing, or purchase order experience is a plus.
