Misión del puesto
Gestionar integralmente proyectos de autoconsumo fotovoltaico (PV) y sistemas de almacenamiento energético (BESS), liderando las fases de ingeniería, compras, construcción, puesta en marcha y entrega al cliente, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de plazo, coste, calidad, seguridad y rentabilidad.
Principales responsabilidades
Liderar la ejecución de proyectos PV y BESS desde la adjudicación hasta la puesta en marcha.
Coordinar equipos internos de ingeniería, compras, HSE, Asset Management y contratistas externos.
Gestionar la planificación, presupuesto, riesgos y cronograma de los proyectos.
Supervisar la relación con EPCs, proveedores y subcontratistas.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativa aplicable.
Realizar el seguimiento técnico y económico de los proyectos, reportando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
Coordinar pruebas, energización, commissioning y entrega final al cliente.
Participar en la optimización de procesos y en la estandarización de la gestión de proyectos dentro del área PV&BESS.
