As a trusted advisor to commercial and functional leaders, the Senior Director provides actionable financial insights, strategic guidance, and rigorous analytical support to optimize investments, accelerate growth, and maximize long-term value creation. This role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills to drive performance, enable sound decision-making, and ensure achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
Serve as the business partner to the U.S. Alastin, co-own the P&L and foster key internal relationships within the broader US Finance organization
Bring deep industry knowledge to help ensure optimal resource allocation in driving Alastin’s growth
Use experience to help improve Gross to Net forecasting, processes, and controls for a robust pipeline of new innovation
Provide guidance to the Commercial Teams through ad-hoc Finance & Sales analysis including net sales evolution for customer and channel
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses and project support to executive leadership, supporting critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team. Attract, retain, and develop top talent through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development to meet evolving business needs
Skills & Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 15+ years’ experience, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility, including at least 5-7 years’ experience as a senior finance leader and business partner.
A BS or BA is required, and an MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 4-6 years of management experience is required
Knowledge and expertise of Consumer B2B /B2C levers such as promotions, bundles, discounts etc and experience working with larger product portfolios with multiple SKUs and sizes - including GtN and margin management. Prior Ecommerce experience is a plus.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced multi-national organizations.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, required.
