We are building a modern way to deliver the data, tools and services that enable our clients to invest in the world’s largest asset class at scale. To support our rapidly scaling portfolio we are adding Maintenance Field Technicians to our team who will be responsible for post renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, occupied maintenance, eviction checks, move-in and move out inspections in the relevant market.
The Role: This position will be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Install marketing yard signs and remove signs at occupancy
Own the condition of the homes from the end of construction/Renovation until a resident has moved into the home – this is done via inspections and visits to the home and conducting sparkle cleans onsite
Complete post turn visits to the home to confirm marketability within 2 days of release from construction
Serve as a field representative on behalf of Evergreen Live, including, but not limited to, Eviction Court, Eviction, Lockout, Utility Connection, etc.
Troubleshoot self-showing errors or access issues
Complete minor post renovation repairs as needed Install and trouble-shoot smart home technology issues
Perform pre-move in inspections 72 hours before move-in
Conduct HOA Violation checks
In person evictions/lockouts
Perform recurring occupancy checks
Coordinate and perform move out walks with residents
Schedule and complete occupied maintenance work orders
Review progress against KPI’s weekly with the Head of Construction
Communicate with residents in a timely and professional manner for any outstanding violations
Qualifications and Experience
Min 2 years of work experience in a related position with residential maintenance experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required
HVAC certifications preferred
Motivated self-starter
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Flexible and able to operate effectively in a changing environment, and/or with ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
