About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making at TransFi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience managing end-to-end finance functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes
Support leadership with data-driven insights for business decisions
Manage and mentor junior finance team members
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel (advanced preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
CA or equivalent qualification
Experience in fintech, payments, or startup ecosystem
Familiarity with international financial regulations
