We are Hiring: Site Engineer (Residential Projects)
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Location: On-Site (North Bangalore)
Project Portfolio: High-Rise Apartments, Luxury Villas & Row Houses
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to oversee end-to-end residential construction execution. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day site operations, managing contractors, and ensuring structural and finishing works meet strict quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision: Lead daily site operations across RCC structures, shear walls, villas, and finishing works. Ensure work strictly follows architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Contractor & Labor Management: Coordinate sub-contractors and site labor to maintain daily progress targets and smooth site workflow.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct stage-wise inspections, perform material testing, maintain site checklists, and resolve non-conformance issues.
Progress Tracking & QS Support: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), assist with joint measurements, support RA bill verifications, and manage material reconciliation.
MEP & Safety Coordination: Coordinate service embeds prior to casting and strictly enforce site safety (EHS) protocols and PPE compliance.
What We Are Looking For
Education: BE / BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 8 years in executing residential real estate projects (apartments, villas, or row houses).
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in RCC framed structures, shear wall/Mivan formwork, and finishing works.
Proficiency in reading complex structural and architectural drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (MS Project / Primavera is a plus).
Leadership: Strong site management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
