Role: Calypso Developer
Location: Remote - USA
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Calypso applications for capital markets and financial trading operations.
Work on Calypso modules such as Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Trade Management, Settlement, and Market Data.
Develop and enhance Java-based Calypso components, workflows, interfaces, and customizations.
Configure and customize Calypso workflows, pricing, products, business events, and reports.
Integrate Calypso with external systems using APIs, messaging, web services, and database interfaces.
Work with SQL/Oracle databases for data analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
Support trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, payments, and reporting.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely fixes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Traders, Operations, Risk, QA, and other technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in application upgrades, deployments, testing, and release management.
Develop unit/integration tests and support SIT/UAT activities.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development, security, and change-management standards.
