About us
We are a vertically integrated telehealth company: in addition to operating the software platform, we do our own pharmaceutical manufacturing through our compounding pharmacy. Our current focus is GLP-1 medications, with expansion underway into additional product categories.
The company launched in January and is growing quickly, with both a direct-to-consumer arm and a B2B arm serving healthcare partners. Our pharmacy is expanding from 2,200 to 14,000 square feet in February to support the growth ahead, and as we scale we expect to deepen our vertical integration further, including eventually rebuilding our compounding pharmacy software in-house.
Because we own the pharmacy, the software you write here drives real-world fulfillment end to end. New team members are invited on site to see exactly how the operation works.
The Role
You will be a foundational engineer on the B2B side of the platform, which our DTC business benefits from as well. The core mission: embed our clinical protocols in software so the platform can serve demand at the scale of tens of thousands of prescriptions per month, for partners of every size, from hospitals to small clinics.
This is a product and infrastructure role, not a growth or analytics role. You will build the systems that take a patient from intake through clinical review, prescribing, payment, and pharmacy fulfillment, along with the partner-facing APIs and portals that let other healthcare businesses run their programs on our platform.
Representative work includes:
Partner-facing APIs and integrations that let clinics and health systems plug into the platform
Order orchestration: the multi-step workflows connecting intake, physician review, payment, and pharmacy routing
Clinical protocol logic encoded in software, such as dosing programs, titration schedules, and eligibility rules
Patient, physician, admin, and pharmacy-facing web applications
The reliability and infrastructure work that keeps everything running as volume grows
Our Stack
TypeScript end to end: a pnpm/Turborepo monorepo with independently deployable microservices on AWS ECS, infrastructure as code in Terraform, Postgres, Stripe, and React frontends. Experience with every piece is not required, but you should be comfortable owning services across the full stack.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of software engineering experience with real ownership of production systems
Strong TypeScript/Node.js skills and solid instincts for API and data-model design
Experience building multi-step, failure-tolerant backend workflows (payments, orders, fulfillment, or similar)
Comfort with AWS and infrastructure as code, or the ability to ramp up quickly
High integrity: this is healthcare, and patients and clinicians depend on what we ship
Strong work ethic and a bias to ship; this is a small team with a lot of autonomy from day one
Bonus Points
Interest in longevity, health optimization, or peptide science (adjacent to our core product area, but not required)
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or another regulated industry
Experience building B2B platforms or partner-facing API products
