HBP and Mineral Title Landman
About the Role Pinson Land Services is seeking driven Title Landmen—ranging from entry-level to senior talent - local to Oklahoma City and Tulsa (will consider remote).

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed mineral title research, run chain of title, and examine county records for nationwide projects.
Build accurate land ownership reports, runsheets, and title briefs tailored to client and regional standards.
Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions to manage, format, and deliver clean client-facing data.
Collaborate remotely with project managers and client teams to ensure technical accuracy and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience: Open to entry, mid-level, and senior-level Title Landmen with foundational knowledge or experience in mineral title examination. Multi-basin or multi-state experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Professional Standards: Active AAPL membership required.
Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work productively in a fully remote environment.
