Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Workspace expert to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google Workspace administration while also driving key digital transformation and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of managing critical IT infrastructure, leading complex data projects, and integrating advanced AI solutions to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Workspace Administration:
Serve as a key administrator for the corporate Google Workspace environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability.
Manage user accounts, groups, and services within Google Workspace.
Digital Transformation & AI Integration:
Actively contribute to and support the company's digital transformation strategy.
Lead the integration and management of AI tools to automate processes and enhance business capabilities.
Liaise with our business partners to ensure value delivery is optimized
Data Governance & Migration:
Lead and support significant data management projects, including large-scale data migrations and platform integrations.
Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Application Development & Governance:
Contribute to the development and governance of business applications, utilizing low-code/no-code platforms to build and deploy solutions.
Oversee the application lifecycle from development to publication and maintenance.
IT Operations & Compliance:
Participate in IT service management (ITSM) committees and processes.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including active participation in internal and external audits.
Identity and Access Management (IAM):
Manage and oversee all aspects of user identity, access control, and license management across corporate systems.
Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, particularly in agile methodologies
Strong communication skills
Expert-level skills in Google Workspace administration.
Demonstrated experience in a Senior Consultant or Business Automation role.
Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience with the integration of AI tools in a business environment.
Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and system integration projects.
Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
