Role Description The Civil Execution role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bulandsahar Tehsil. The role involves supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, including earthwork, structural work, concreting, and finishing, to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The individual will coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and quality and safety teams, monitor progress against the project schedule, and prepare daily and weekly reports. Responsibilities include checking measurements, verifying material usage, raising material requisitions, and supporting quantity estimation on site. The role also requires maintaining safety practices, resolving site-level issues, and supporting the project manager in meeting milestones and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals, construction methods, and relevant codes and standards.
Experience in site supervision, execution of civil works, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in basic project documentation, progress reporting, and measurement verification.
Understanding of quality control practices and safety protocols at construction sites.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience in infrastructure, highway, or township projects is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work full time on-site in Bulandsahar Tehsil and adapt to project schedules.
