Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Designer role based in Perintalmanna. The Architectural Designer will develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, prepare construction drawings, and support the creation of project documentation from initial idea to execution. Daily responsibilities include producing plans, elevations, and sections; coordinating design details with engineering and construction teams; and ensuring that drawings comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves participating in design reviews, refining layouts based on feedback, and assisting with site assessments and measurements as needed. The Architectural Designer will also contribute to urban and site planning considerations, help maintain project schedules, and communicate design intent clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Urban Planning and site planning concepts.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred.
Ability to interpret building codes and regulations, and apply them to project designs.
Strong spatial, visualization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
