Brand Identity Specialist at BairesDev
We are seeking a Brand Identity Specialist to support the development and governance of visual and verbal brand identity systems. Working alongside brand and design teams, you will help ensure our brand is applied consistently and effectively across all customer-facing materials and platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand identity assets, including logos, typography, color systems, and templates.
- Review marketing materials and communications to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development and documentation of brand identity standards and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and external agencies on brand refresh and campaign projects.
- Manage brand asset libraries and ensure teams have access to up-to-date approved materials.
- Contribute to brand onboarding processes to educate internal stakeholders on brand standards.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in brand identity, visual branding, or graphic design within a marketing context.
- Solid understanding of brand identity systems, design principles, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Experience developing or managing brand guidelines documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
