Role Description The Sales / Admissions Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The associate will handle inquiries from prospective students, provide detailed information about training programs, and guide applicants through the admissions process from first contact to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and coordinating with training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, participating in outreach activities, preparing basic marketing and informational materials, and meeting enrollment and conversion targets. The associate will work closely with management to improve the admissions journey and deliver a professional, student-focused experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective students and families in a clear, professional manner.
Customer service and sales skills, including experience handling inquiries, explaining programs, and guiding individuals through decision-making and enrollment.
Administrative and organizational skills, such as maintaining accurate records, working with CRM or admissions software, and managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
Basic marketing and outreach skills, including familiarity with email communication, social media or digital channels, and participation in events or information sessions.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced training and aviation environment.
Prior experience in education, training, aviation, or admissions-related roles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
