THE CHALLENGE
Edenred's Benefits & Engagement (B&E) Business Line serves millions of users and a vast global network of merchants. It is Edenred's largest business line, representing around 65% of Group revenue, and combines meal vouchers, gift cards, and employee engagement platforms.. Today, Edenred is the global market leader in Benefits & Engagement, offering over 100 programs across more than 30 countries.
The B&E Strategy Team is based Edenred e-Quarter in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The team oversees strategic studies for B&E, innovation strategy, assessment of strategic opportunities and M&A due diligence, competitive intelligence, coordination of group strategic processes (e.g. 3-year plans) and special projects requested by the CEO.
Your Mission
The intern will be expected to work on a wide range of topics encompassing both strategy and development. The intern will report to the 'Strategic Project Manager'.
* Strategy & Innovation
- Support team on competitive intelligence topics
- Support in strategic studies (Business Line strategy, adjacency study, etc.)
- Support in defining the group's development strategy in key adjacencies (data, new technologies, etc.)
* M&A
- Participate to strategic due diligence of M&A targets
- Update target pipeline
* Ad hoc support: assist strategy team members on ad-hoc topics (e.g. business development projects, etc.)
Our Requirements
* Bac +5, Business or Engineering school (internship agreement mandatory)
* Interest in strategy and finance
* Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional role
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Fluency in French and English
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
