Lead elevator repair operations, field teams, safety, project execution, and customer performance with Otis Elevator Company.
Otis Elevator Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Repair Operations to lead our elevator repair field operations. This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for driving safety, productivity, project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and field team performance across our Repair business.

On a typical day you will:
Lead field operations for elevator repair and testing projects
Manage multiple repair projects from planning through successful completion
Forecast and schedule field labor and resources to support project requirements
Drive project performance against deadlines, profitability, working capital, quality, and productivity targets
Promote a strong safety culture through field training, safety audits, jobsite inspections, and site safety planning
Coordinate materials, equipment deliveries, and purchase orders
Identify potential project challenges and develop contingency plans and estimates
Partner closely with field employees, customers, sales teams, and branch leadership
Build strong customer relationships while maintaining quality and service expectations
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field operations environment
What you will need to be successful:
3 to 5+ years of elevator industry experience, preferably within repair, service, modernization, open order, field operations, or construction
Strong understanding of elevator field operations and project execution
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, or support field teams and multiple projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships with field employees, customers, and internal business partners
Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working in a technical environment and utilizing Microsoft-based software
Education / Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary Transparency:
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
