Programs and maintains robotic cells by assisting in all phases of robotic design, development, production, testing, and operations.
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide input for fixture design on new and existing programs.
· Assist with the sourcing of equipment, parts, supplies, and technical support
· Develop and maintain the layout of work cells
· Establish production/process standards
· Establish and monitor maintenance schedules
· Write and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells.
· Train personnel on equipment and processes.
· Maintain robots, mechanical or electronic equipment, and PLC’s.
· Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measures
· Provide feedback for long–term machine use/efficiency
· Identify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment with safety and productivity as a priority
· Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for job tasks.
· Observe all established safety rules and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout requirements, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition
Pay Range:
31.56 - 38.58
