Manager, Commercial Change

Job Description:
The Manager, Commercial Change serves as the dedicated change management partner for the Commercial organization throughout a large-scale integration. This role supports project leads across approximately 40 integration workstreams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders and resistance points, develop and execute change management plans, and support adoption of new ways of working, tools, organizational structures, and supplier-related changes. The role supports the implementation of a new matrixed operating model across two organizations and cultures.

5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, communications, or related fields.
Experience supporting complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
Experience developing and delivering communications for associates and leadership teams.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
Preferred
Consulting experience.
Experience supporting integration or large-scale transformation programs.
Experience working with global teams.
Experience supporting cultural change and operating model transformations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Commercial Integration Change Management: Serve as the dedicated change management partner for the Commercial team, supporting project leads across the approximately 40 integration workstreams to assess change impact, identify stakeholders, areas of resistance, design and develop change management plan and execute change plans that drive adoption of new ways of working, tools, and organizational structures. Also including Suppliers
Change Impact Assessment & Readiness Planning: Lead the assessment of change impact across integration projects, identifying which associate populations are affected and what is required to bring them to readiness. Develop and maintain a consolidated change readiness view across the Commercial integration portfolio, surfacing risks and gaps to project sponsors for timely intervention.
Commercial Communications Strategy & Execution: Design and execute the overarching communications strategy for the Commercial organization through the integration period, ensuring associates at all levels receive timely, consistent, and clear communications about the integration journey, organizational changes, and key milestones. Maintain a Commercial communications calendar coordinated with the IMO, Change & Comms COE, and People & Organization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Support: Support the Commercial Leadership Team in preparing for key stakeholder engagements including L3 sessions, L4+ deployment workshops, town halls, and MSCLT forums. Develop talking points, messaging frameworks, and presentation materials that equip Commercial leaders to communicate the integration story clearly and consistently.
Associate Experience & Feedback Loops: Design and manage mechanisms for gathering associate feedback throughout the integration, synthesizing insights for project leads and CLT to ensure associate sentiment and concerns are surfaced and addressed in a timely and visible way.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 101,120.00 - USD 139,040.00
