Practice Surgical Scheduler Specialty Practice

Surgical Scheduler supporting Urologic Institute Practice - Monday through Friday
Summary
Reporting to the Practice Administrator and/or Assistant Practice Manager, is responsible for the pre-operative interview of patients and appropriate scheduling of surgical procedures. Works closely with hospital or facility where procedure will be performed to make appropriate arrangements, and assists in coordination of meetings, as well as provider, clinic, surgery and on-call schedules.
Education
High School Diploma/Associate's degree.
Experience
Minimum of one year experience as a surgical coordinator, preferably in an acute care/medical surgical setting.
