Client Implementations Specialist

Position summary:
The Client Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementation projects and circuit vendor onboarding for TCH systems, processes, and products, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. The Client Implementation Specialist will develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams, circuit vendors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Serving as the primary point of contact, the Client Implementation Specialist will facilitate project meetings, communicate status, resolve issues, and drive action items through completion. This role will coordinate business and technical requirements between internal teams, clients, and circuit vendors; manage circuit provisioning and production delivery activities; and track vendor commitments and project dependencies. The Client Implementation Specialist will maintain an understanding of TCH products, services and network connectivity requirements to identify risks, address provisioning challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Definitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messaging
Must be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice
Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner
Ability to work with all levels within the organization
Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered
Proficiency with MS Office applications

Essential functions and responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or products.
Develop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Project Status Reporting
Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolution.
Implement improvements in processes that reduce risk and drives efficiencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are met.
Monitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Knowledge & Skills:
Development of onboarding and implementations project plans
As directed, undertake additional duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
Ability to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirable.

Candidate should be collegial, self-motivated, extremely well-organized and detail-oriented, able to function under pressure and handle numerous tasks simultaneously. The position would be well suited to a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is meticulous. Candidate must be able to take initiative, prioritize with minimal supervision and work independently, as well as part of a team.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Candidates will report to the office three days each week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
