Full-Stack Production Support Lead (MEAN/MERN) @MarshTech

Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Re IT Product Support team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will support the stability, availability, and performance of our full-stack applications in production. Working closely with development, testing, operations, and business teams, this person will play an important role in incident resolution, service reliability, and the ongoing modernization of our technology landscape.
We will count on you to:
Support and maintain full-stack applications built on the MERN stack in a production environment.
Monitor production systems, identify issues or bottlenecks, and coordinate timely resolution with the relevant teams.
Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain documentation such as runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Apply best practices for incident, problem, and change management to support a stable production environment.
What you need to have:
5 years+ experience supporting full-stack applications (MERN or MEAN) in a production environment.
Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
