Clinical Psychologist ( Illinois, US)

We’re looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.
As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you’ll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
Collaborate closely with Intellect’s internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.

Requirements
Qualifications: PhD or PsyD
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to Colorado
Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Applicants must already hold a valid visa or legal right to work in the country of hiring, as Intellect does not provide visa sponsorship at this time
