We want to add professionals to our team who are motivated to learn and expand their knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, with a strong focus on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and the technology that supports it. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, with occasional travel to the EGS Hub office. Immediate availability is preferred.
The ideal candidate will be an Oracle Cloud ERP PPM Functional / Techno-Functional Specialist/Consultant with strong business process consulting skills and hands-on experience across the Oracle Cloud PPM lifecycle.
5+ years of experience implementing, upgrading, supporting, or optimizing Oracle EBS Projects and/or Oracle Cloud ERP PPM as a Functional or Techno-Functional Specialist/Consultant.
Hands-on experience across Oracle Cloud PPM functional areas such as Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Contracts, and related project accounting processes.
Extensive experience gathering business requirements, performing functional fit/gap analysis, presenting best practices, creating current- and future-state process flows, performing risk analysis, and recommending solutions, alternatives, and workarounds.
Experience creating functional specifications for technical teams; configuring Oracle Cloud PPM; developing testing strategies, scenarios, and scripts; and supporting all phases of the implementation or enhancement lifecycle.
Ability to serve as an effective liaison among client executives, business analysts, functional teams, and technical teams while working collaboratively with clients and other consultants.
Ability to clearly communicate and present ideas to clients in both in-person and virtual settings.

Provide experience, tools, best-practice solutions, and objectivity within the functional area.
Review future-state business processes, application functionality, and features.
Design future-state business processes leveraging industry and system best practices.
Create functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and PPM-related integrations.
Review security requirements necessary to support future-state roles and responsibilities.
Participate in the development of test plans and scripts.
Participate in the development of training plans, delta documents, and job aids.
Develop functional specifications for business processes requiring custom development.
Create business process design deliverables leveraging industry and system best practices.
Perform tasks related to the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of solutions for assigned process areas.
Assist in the preparation of project deliverables as directed by project leads.
Perform tasks related to design, configuration, and testing.
Define and manage the sub-process team work plan.
