Role Description This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer role based in Bhopal, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and external customers, addressing issues related to electrical products and systems. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting product and system problems, documenting cases, and recommending corrective actions or configuration changes. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams, supporting the commissioning and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The Technical Support Engineer will also contribute to knowledge base documentation, participate in root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement of support processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, with experience in handling electrical or industrial products and systems.
Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
Familiarity with industrial and power sector equipment, safety standards, and basic diagnostic tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Prior experience in technical support or field service in a manufacturing or engineering company is an advantage.
