Architectural Design Manager / Building Design Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Architectural Design Manager / Building Design Consultant to support architectural design, drawing coordination, and building design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support architectural design and development for building projects.
Prepare and review basic architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Assist with design proposals, presentations, material selections, and project submissions.
Monitor design progress, project requirements, and deliverables.
Assist in resolving design and coordination issues during project development.
Support tender, construction, inspection, and handover activities.
Maintain design documents, drawings, records, and project information.
Assist with design improvements and value engineering where required.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Building Design, or a related field.
Some experience in architectural design, drafting, building design, or project coordination.
Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, building design, and construction processes.
Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Experience with BIM, 3D modelling, rendering, or design presentation is an advantage, but not required.
