Jumbo Realty is a Chennai-based, RERA-registered real estate firm. We help buyers find plots, farmland and commercial property in and around Chennai, and we work with developers and landowners as their sales and marketing partner.
About the role
We are building a network of Business Associates who introduce serious buyers to us. You share the lead, our team validates it, coordinates site visits and works with the developer through to closure, and you earn a commission on every deal that closes. This is a commission-based partnership, not a salaried job. There is no joining fee.
What you will do
- Introduce genuine buyers and investors from your network to Jumbo Realty
- Share buyer details through our team so leads are tracked and credited to you
- Stay in touch with your leads while our team handles project details, site visits and negotiations
- Represent Jumbo Realty honestly and follow our code of conduct
What we provide
- Project briefings and sales material for every project you work on
- Lead validation, site-visit coordination and closure support from our team
- Clear, written associate terms and transparent commission tracking
- Payouts on closed deals as per the agreed terms
Who we are looking for
- Strong local network in Chennai or Tamil Nadu (for example financial advisors, insurance or loan agents, CAs, freelance agents, HR professionals, community connectors)
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Honest, reliable and comfortable following up with people
- No prior real estate experience required
