Role Description The Associate Team Lead – Quality is a full-time, on-site role based at Artemis Hospitals in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards across clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, reviewing performance indicators, performing root cause analysis of deviations or incidents, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement projects, maintaining documentation for accreditation and compliance, and training staff on quality protocols and best practices. The Associate Team Lead – Quality will also assist in data analysis, reporting on quality metrics, and contributing to a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to clinical and operational standards.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Management to drive compliance, accreditation readiness, and process improvement.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, quality management, nursing, or a related field; advanced certifications in healthcare quality or hospital administration are an advantage.
Previous experience in hospital quality, NABH/JCI accreditation processes, or healthcare operations is preferred, along with strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
