About the Role:
We're seeking a driven and dynamic GTM engineer to join us in person. This role is crucial to the daily operations of Floqer and requires someone ready to manage various aspects of business operations – primarily customer operations, which means taking customers' ideas and helping them convert those into practical workflows that scale.
Responsibilities may shift based on evolving business needs and the unique skills you bring to the table. This flexibility is essential to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment like Floqer. If you enjoy taking on responsibility, managing relationships, and can juggle tight deadlines, then you'll be at home in this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and improving customer operations to ensure seamless experiences
Creating proof-of-concept workflows
Onboarding customers, and educating them on best GTM data practices

Experience with Floqer, Clay, Zapier, n8n.
Bonus qualifications:
GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing) or a technical role (Product, Engineering)
Experience with no-code platforms
Product design experience, Figma
Experience running a business/startup

Salary range: 70K-150K, salary varies based on experience.
