Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and technically minded Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director to support geotechnical works, site investigations, ground conditions, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support geotechnical and ground engineering activities for construction projects.
Coordinate site investigations, soil testing, surveys, and ground condition assessments.
Review basic geotechnical reports, drawings, test results, and technical documents.
Assist with foundation, excavation, earthworks, slope, and ground improvement activities.
Monitor site conditions and identify potential ground-related issues.
Coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, laboratories, and site teams.
Assist with technical solutions for foundation, soil, excavation, and ground-related issues.
Monitor testing, inspection, site activities, and corrective actions.
Prepare basic technical reports, site records, and project updates.
Support geotechnical teams and coordinate project activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Some experience in geotechnical engineering, site investigation, civil engineering, construction, or a related role.
Basic knowledge of soil, foundations, earthworks, slopes, and ground conditions.
Able to understand basic engineering drawings and technical reports.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on construction sites and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, geotechnical software, or soil testing is an advantage.
Professional certification or experience with major geotechnical projects is an advantage, but not required.
